### Overview
This website is operated by **Cave Creek Web Studio LLC**, trading as **The
Little Things**. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cave
Creek Web Studio LLC.
By visiting **sendthelittlethings.com** or purchasing from us, you agree to
these Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them. If you do
not agree, please do not use the Site.
### 1. Using the Site
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to use this Site or
purchase from it. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to
violate any law, to infringe our intellectual property, or to interfere with the
security or operation of the Site.
### 2. Products
We sell handmade crocheted gift items, each paired with an encouraging message.
Products are made by hand, so **small variations in colour, size, stitching and
finish are normal** and are part of their character. We do our best to display
colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows
them exactly.
Product images may include styling or presentation elements. **The item you
receive is the product described on its product page.**
We may change or discontinue any product at any time, and may limit quantities.
### 3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in **US dollars** and may change without notice.
Individual products are **$14.95**. Bundles are priced at **Pick 3 — $34.95**,
**Pick 5 — $49.95**, and **Pick 8 — $69.95**, and bundle pricing is applied at
checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product
has been listed at an incorrect price, where an order appears fraudulent, or
where we are unable to fulfil it. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we
will refund you in full.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. By placing an order
you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
### 4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms, rates and estimated delivery times are set out in our
[Shipping Policy](/policies/shipping-policy), which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery times are **estimates and are not guaranteed**. We are not liable for
delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our
control.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
### 5. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our
[Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy), which forms part of these Terms.
### 6. Accuracy of your information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account
information. You are responsible for the shipping address you enter; we are not
able to redirect a parcel once an order is placed.
### 7. Optional tools and third-party links
The Site may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party sites
that we neither control nor monitor. We provide them "as is" and are not
responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of them is at
your own risk and subject to their terms.
### 8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images and design —
are owned by or licensed to Cave Creek Web Studio LLC and are protected by
applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works

them without restriction or obligation to you. You agree that anything you send

and "as available"** without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,
including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cave Creek Web Studio LLC and its
members, officers and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any
product purchased from it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, **our total liability will not exceed the
amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.**

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cave Creek Web Studio LLC from any
claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of
these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

believe you have breached them. Obligations incurred before termination survive

United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
